Senior College
Overview
The Rathkeale St Matthew’s Senior College comprises Year 12 and Year 13 students from both schools who engage in co-educational academic and selected extra-curricular activities to achieve outcomes exceeding what would be possible in each of the schools alone. Close liaison is maintained between the two schools to ensure the Senior College is able to operate effectively.
This association allows for:
- an extensive range of academic programmes to be offered to students from both schools;
- extended participation in music, drama and debating;
- participation in combined leadership opportunities;
- extended involvement in outdoor pursuits activities; opportunities to develop social skills.
